Villa Monte Rufeno: This property sits in the southern corner of Umbria, on its border with Italy’s Lazio region in the pleasant countryside surrounding Orvieto. A characteristic Italian country house, recently restored, its situation overlooking the chestnut trees and dense forest which covers the surrounding hills, presents an almost supernatural beauty.

The villa is bordered by a circular oak park, allowing the visitors to enjoy a close contact with the nature and plenty of privacy. Its location in the beating heart of Italy— between Tuscany and Lazio— profits from the proximity of many important main cities like Florence and Rome and other smaller, but equally important historical centers; such as the village of Torre Alfina, a medieval hub dominated by a castle of then-revolutionary architectural design, and the nearby natural wildlife reserve of Monte Rufeno.

The house is divided into two equal-size independent apartments. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. Both apartments offer a secluded and private accommodation, ideal for two families with children. The property also offers many activities: swimming, tennis, plus hikes through the surrounding woods.
