Villa Etrusca: This villa is located in the core of the Umbria region, midway between beautiful Siena and south of Perugia. The landscape features undulating valleys sloping towards the basin of Lake Trasimeno and green hilltops covered with olive trees and vineyard.

Here, nature and human ability come together to produce one of the best olive oils in the world and excellent wines such as Montefalco Sagrantino and Torgiano Rosso Riserva.

The juxtaposition of many centers of historical significance like Perugia, Orvieto, Spoleto, Assisi and Lake Trasimeno (a great area for water sports!), make this villa the ideal destination for an exquisite vacation.

A vast, classic stone villa, dated eighteenth century, Villa Etrusca has recently been restored to generous modern standards, while maintaining its old-world charm— both inside and out. The internal structure has been maintained as it was two centuries ago: in fact all bedrooms have a waiting room, some with fireplaces. The house contains an fascinating fresco painted by a local artist at the beginning of the past century.

The villa sits on a hilltop, enjoyng a panoramic view of the surrounding area. The ample garden is planted with olive trees and century-old elms. Its name honours the Etruscans, Italy's first people, who built several grottoes on the property thousands of years ago. It's an elegant and refined accommodation with excellent furnishing and timber floors, ideal for a large group or a family.

A stone fireplace and comfortable sofas welcome the guests.
The dining area occupies one side of the large room, while the kitchen is well equipped with marble top table for six, and a half bathroom.

The first floor with waiting room and small living area, fireplace and a matrimonial bedroom.

A covered patio on the side of the building provides a furnished space for eating al fresco.
