In the heart of the Orcia Valley— one of the most
beautiful and refined areas of Tuscany— sits Villa La Capriata,
a Tuscan colonial stone house,
completely renovated and surrounded by oaks and cypresses.
The large villa has enormous outdoor space; the yard is paved with cotto
tiles and lawn’s tall trees provide a cool atmosphere close to the
pool. In the distance, hilltops covered with olive trees present a varitable
Giotto
painting.
La Capriata is a centrally-located villa near Siena, Montepulciano and
Pieza, plus other villages of less renown, but equal beauty.
The villa itself
is positioned
800 meters from the main road, and sits sits blissfully detatched from the
outside world. It's the perfect spot for the visitors who wish to enjoy
the
historical surroundings and still relax in the beauty of Tuscan nature
and mild weather. The villa's upper level is reserved for the owners who
spend
the occasional weekend.
