Lovely Sorrento Villa
Villa Bellavista is set in an outstanding location: a green hill looking
directly over the Marina of Massalubrense and its quaint fishing village,
with spectacular
views over the Gulf of Naples and its islands in the distance.
This Sorrento villa is spread over three levels in an elevated
position at 100 m. above the sea. It consists of two apartments - one on
both the
first and
second levels - surrounded by Mediterranean terraced gardens. The two apartments
each have
three bedrooms, and are both furnished in a simply and tastefully. Access
from and to each apartment is completely independent, and they are rented
either together– by one large party– or individally, during the
low season.
The apartment at first level, recently renovated, has a panoramic terrace
with grassy area, furnished with outdoor timber furniture and shaded by a
canvas awning. On the second level there is a lovely outdoor area equipped
with pizza oven and grill, covered by a wisteria pergola with an adjacent
garden. Several other paved terraces are all around the property. A sun room
offers shelter for the sun worshippers on those rare windy days, complete
with a solar-heated shower. A long swimming pool is set in the terrace at
the third level and and this space offers some of the best views of the peninsula.
The quiet and exclusive location of Villa Bellavista in a private cul-de-sac
street, makes it the perfect hideaway, even during peak season. A paved walk
starting from the road below winds its way through orchards, olive and
lemon groves, before arriving at the picturesque fishing village of Marina
della Lobra; it also joins the network of ancient pedestrian roads that can
lead you anywhere in the Sorrento Peninsula.

Shaded parking for two cars.

Maid service (mandatory): four hours twice weekly: extra, payable locally. In-house catering on request, for groups of over 6p.
