Set in beautiful hilly countryside with sweeping views of the Bay of Naples and the isle of Capri, Casale La Torre is a stunning country property. It is nestled among olive groves, native vegetation and gardens, and overlooks the pretty town of Massa Lubrense.

The property spreads over 1,500 sqm of terraced land on three levels. The lowest plateau is at road level, with access to the parking area. From there, a series of wide and gentle steps lead up to a panoramic plateau with a generous swimming pool, surrounded by lush lawns and furnished with comfortable, wooden patio furniture.

The house, situated on this level, is a solid stone farmhouse, recently renovated to high standards while retaining its rustic character. On the ground floor are two independent but adjacent units, with accomodation for a total of nine. The upper level is an independent attic apartment (sleeps two) and is reached along a winding footpath to the third terrace.

The villa has spacious outdoor areas and well-kempt lawns. Guests can choose between two outdoor dining areas for their convivial meals; one on the rooftop, the other in the upper garden, shaded by a bamboo portico.

Casale La Torre is an ideal holiday rental for families or groups of friends who are looking for peace and quiet, but the option of a more spirited holiday if the mood strikes. The villa is close to the seaside and major attractions such as Capri, Positano, Sorrento, Pompeii. Beaches in the area are best reached by sea: a shuttle service from the nearby Marina will take you to secluded coves with crystal clear waters. A great selection of restaurants— ranging from simple, family-run trattorias to famous dining rooms— will complete your holiday experience in this amazing area, tucked between the Sorrento and Amalfi Coasts.

The units are decorated in rich tones of coral, green and primrose yellow. They are furnished with a mix of restored antique pieces, country and ethnic furniture; lovely prints and colourful soft furnishings add to the cheery feel of the house.

Corallo – (approx. 60 sqm)
2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom
Il Corallo is the villetta decorated in a warm coral pink. Features include a lovely sun room looking out to the garden, a dining area with open kitchen, a double bedroom with window opening to the garden, and a smaller twin bedroom with trundle beds and a view of the garden. The shower room is very nicely decorated

Il Verde – (approx. 75 sqm)
3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom
Il Verde is decorated in country green tones and is the largest apartment. It features combined dining and living areas, as well as an open kitchen. and window and door opening out to the front garden; a generous master bedroom; a twin bedroom in which the beds can be joined (on request) with pool views, and a single bedroom without window which may suit a young adult or a nanny. The bathroom features a spacious shower.

Primula – (approx. 60 sqm)
1 bedroom, 1 bathroom
Primula is the panoramic attic apartment, decorated in rich primrose yellow and featuring a warm, ample master bedroom with a lovely wrought iron bed. In the bathroom is a shower and English antique-replica fittings. The living room and open kitchen accesson two terraces: one is the rooftop terrace overlooking the sea and village below; the other with pergola opens onto a large lawned area within an enclosed garden.

Access: via a limited-access, paved country road, then through remote controlled gates. Parking for four cars
Facilities: Swimming pool 12 m x 8m, depth: 2 m to 1.5 m • barbecue and pizza oven at second floor • dishwasher (only in the Primula apartment)• washing machine in laundry area, to be shared between the apartments • gas heating.
