Located within walking distance of the quaint village of Nerano
and the Marina del Cantone beach, Casa Gerania is a comfortable and
attractive independent
villetta. It's surrounded by a leafy terraced garden with a bean-shaped swimming
pool, set amongst a fragrant citrus garden. Between the house and the garden
lies a further terrace, paved with terracotta tiles, that offers a lovely sea
view and 500 square-metres of ample outdoor space — equipped with
open grill and a gazebo with outdoor
table and chairs, deck chairs and market umbrella.
The house opens to a covered balcony, with external access to the kitchen. It is equipped with an air conditioner in living room, and offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, furnished in a simple but tasteful style. Please note that the house can only be reached on foot from the parking spot, about 300 metres away. However the tiny village of Nerano has three grocery stores, a bar and some of the finest restaurants of Southern Italy. At the (pebbly) beach of Marina del Cantone, there is boat service to Amalfi, Positano and Capri, available for day trips between March and October
