Lake Como is surrounded by many graceful towns: Menaggio, on the western shore, is considered the centre of the Como branch of the Lake. Menaggio is a pleasant and lively town, with its piazza and outdoor cafes, the beautiful lakeside promenade lined by villas, Belle Epoque hotels and parks, balconies with cascades of geraniums.

From its port you can embark for a romantic trip on a steamer to take in the peaceful atmosphere of the lake, or perhaps glide to Lake Como in a hydrofoil for a shopping expedition.

In a typical cobbled street of the centre of Menaggio, in an elegant period building is the apartment Il Centro.

Located at the first level, Il Centro has been recently renovated, like the rest of the building; it is a simple, yet pleasant accommodation in an elegant environment, ideal for those who are looking for a central and convenient base for exploring the Lake and its surrounding towns.

  kitchen area; the window opens to a beautiful neighbouring old building, with a semi tropical garden
• From living room, access to a twin bedroom, with two bunker beds, plus a third one; windows open to the same garden
• A small corridor with bathroom and shower cabin
• Double bedroom, with windows on two sides, looking over the town of Menaggio and the lake in the distance; storage is provided by a wardrobe and original built - in robe
