Villa Annamaria was built more than 300 years ago... in late 17th century. We know this because the date 1697 is carved on one of the villa's chimneys!

Villa Annamaria is located in the historical center of Domaso, an ancient fishing village on Lake Como’s northern shores. It features four apartments, including Apartment Nelly.

Apartment Nelly is located in a very quiet area that is ideal for rest and relaxation but still very close to all amenities. The beach is a comfortable 300m away and the neighborhood includes a bar, restaurants, pizzeria, shops, grocery stores, post office, bank, fitness center, beauty salon and hair dresser! And should you wish to explore, you’ll find nearby bus and boat stops for your day trips.

Domaso is the best place on Lake Como for windsurfing. In fact, you'll find two of the best schools in Europe within a two-minute walk from the villa. Obviously, those same characteristics make Domasco great for many other fresh water activities, including swimming, sailing, water-skiing, power boat riding, and fishing.

The area of Lake Como also offers great mountain biking (and hiking) trails, and a terrific golf course (18 holes) is just 20km away. Day trips could include jaunts to world-famous spots like Bellagio, St.Moritz, Lugano, Milano, or Como by either bus, boat, car or train, making Domasco — and Apartment Nelly — perfect for travelers who wish to see Italy at it’s finest.

2 bedrooms: Both can be set up with either 2 singles or a queen bed. Both have roof windows with some lake views.

Facilities: color TV, radio, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Coffee maker, washing machine (shared). Shild's cot and high chair are available on request.
