Villa la Nina is located in Praiano, a peaceful village flung against the slopes above the shoreline in the rural core of the Amalfi coast.
The property is a spacious and bright house situated in the higher part of Praiano, in a pedestrian-only street. From here, one can enjoy uninterrupted views of the sea and the coastline. Far from traffic noise, peace prevails in this gorgeous hamlet, still unaffected by the tourism industry.

Villa la Nina's living area is spread over 2 floors, is well-appointed and furnishings are cozy and comfortable. On entering the accommodation, guests are immediately attracted by the charming warmth of the decoration. The walls feature beautiful hand-painted patterns, while the floors are covered with exquisite Vietri majolica tiles.

All modern amenities have been installed, the bathrooms are beautifully fitted and the kitchen will delight those with a passion for cooking. A spacious roof terrace, various balconies and a lawned garden, equipped with a working pizza oven, provide perfect spots to relax and enjoy summer meals. The inlet, enclosed by high cliffs, is home to several restaurants offering excellent local cuisine, boat hire service and a diving centre.

Access: From a tiny and flat street in the heart of the village, access is up a flight of 72 steps.
Amenities: Washing machine • dishwasher • satellite TV• telephone • radio/CD-player • air-conditioning and heating. 150 KW of electricity per week is included in the rental price and should be ample for normal use; any extra is payable locally. Parking is available at a nearby private garage on request, and on confirmation of booking.

Distances: A general food store is at short distance, bars and restaurants are within 15 minutes walk or can be reached using the convenient public transport service. The pebble beach at Praiano can be reached on foot in about thirty minutes, and also by car or public transportation in the summer.
